Inacto was founded in 2013 by a team of experienced technology leaders who continue to guide the company’s technical direction and long-term vision. That foundation shaped how Inacto approaches problem-solving today—focused, practical, and results-driven.
In June 2025, John Northrop joined as Vice President of Experience, marking a pivotal moment in the company’s evolution. With a background in digital strategy, user experience, and enterprise website leadership, John brings a client-facing perspective that connects marketing, experience, and business goals.
Together, this combination of strategic thinking and technical expertise allows Inacto to bridge marketing and technology—delivering solutions that are not only well built, but aligned with how the business actually operates.
